Step Two: Manifest

In last week's post, we talked about de-cluttering. More specifically, our home gym. It's hard to make progress when there are unnecessary things in your way. So get rid of what you don't need & make room for what you most desire.
In the post before that, you got to learn about my 2021 Intentions. One of my goals was to make exercise a priority. I couldn't keep a consistent routine & would go weeks without getting into the gym. I asked for an accountability partner & was sad that no one reached out, so I decided to invest in myself.
I spent $95 for 8 weeks of guidance, encouragement, & most importantly accountability from Megan Christian Training.
Yesterday, was my first day & I already know it's going to be a challenge and that I made the right decision.
Now that I made a commitment, I can focus on what I want to get out of the next two months. In order to do that, I need to manifest my dream.

How do I want to feel at the end of the 8 weeks?
How do I want to look at the end of the 8 weeks?
What will I struggle with during the 8 weeks?
How will I stay motivated for 8 weeks?
I decided to bust out the fun scissors & print off some fitness inspo to help bring my dreams to life by creating a vision board. This is something I haven't done since college but always enjoyed.
Since Pinterest exists, do you really need a vision board?
YES!
Pinterest is so great for inspiration and ideas, but the purpose of a vision board is to look at it. & look at it often.

That is why I created this collage on our gym wall. They surround my plant calendar which I am using to track my workouts & daily steps.
I check in every day (well I have since 1-1-21) & get to come back to my goals each time.
I would love to see some of your Vision boards if you have them & don’t forget to tag @always_willow.
